The company imports approximated 800,000 tons of cement per year from Turkey and Cyprus. The cement is imported by bulk on pneumatic ships and unloaded at the ports of Ashdod and Haifa. There are 2 lines of distribution; A large percentage of the cement is transported in cement trailers to main customers that purchase the product in bulk while the remaining percentage is transported to our packaging plant located in the industrial area , where the cement is packed in bags and then transported to the final customer. Lev Baron Commodities owns a fleet of cement trailers operated by a highly professional team of drivers and through which cement is transported to its customers.
The company has storage facilities covering an area of approximated 20 acres and includes a storage system of about 10,000 tons holding a modern and automatic packaging system for cement in bags of 50 and 25 kg, with an output capacity of approximated 4,000 tons per day. The company's offices and factory are located in the industrial area of Ad Halom (4 km from the port of Ashdod).
